Unlike most personal training or high intensity interval training (HIIT) group fitness program in Perth, Get Results PT does not offer one-size-fits-all training or cookie-cutter program. Everyone who comes into our gym are assessed on an individual basis, program at where you are at and program design based on your goals.
Everyone who walks in is not treated like a number like most gyms in Perth. We know everyone's name and know exactly how you should be trained and trained according to your goals in the safest possible manner and deliver the RESULTS with the our proven & time-tested approach.
Get Results PT gym is a FAD-FREE ZONE. We treat our members like our friends and family. We refused to short-changed our members by taking the short-cut and sell them latest fad that does not deliver results. This is why we invest heavily in our education and learn from the best and constantly streamlining our coaching approach so our members can get the best care and training.

There is no minimal required level of fitness to get started with me. The very fact that you're unsure how to get started and perhaps not in the best shape are reasons why you should engaged a professional to help you start at the safest point and progress from there. There is nothing more assuring to start your fitness journey with an experienced hand who has trained many people from different walks of life than go on your own. Most failed on their own.
It will be a 30 minute consultation booked based on my availability where we'll be sitting down for a relaxing chat to talk about your goals, struggles, past experiences and making sure we're the right fit to work together to achieve your goals.
Get Results PT gym is not crowded like most commercial gyms and has enough space and equipment for everyone to train. It is important to note that you're not having the whole gym to yourself as there will be other trainers and clients training there. Everyone is chilled and respectful and be minding their own training.
My fees can range from $30 to $140 per session depending on what level of services, how long you're training for and how many times a week. One thing is for sure is I'm not the cheapest in town because I valued my training and most importantly committed to offering the best I can to my clients by investing heavily in my education throughout the year. Seriously ask yourself this question, "Is your health and body not worth the investment? When you have a serious ailment, would you look for the cheapest doctor in town?" I know I certainly would not that's why I invest in my education to learn from the best.
