This is a true story…
In 2012, a female student of mine asked if I can get her 1st chin up in her life. I say YES and I had a rough plan on based what I did for another lady before. But this time I looked deep into making the chin up plan better and structured it in a logical manner. In 8 weeks, she got her 1st chin up. It was very exciting for her and me. Since then it has become my passion to help ladies to get their 1st chin up and more.
Then in less than a month, she did 3 chin ups. Yes she did no chin ups prior starting my chin up program.
Then in 2015, she got 10 pull ups. It sounds like it took very long for her to get to 10 reps. But some guys don’t even get 10 pull ups in their entire lifetime. Well it only took her less than 3 years.
And all the ladies that I trained who got their chin ups or pull ups started at ZERO. Yes they can’t even do one to begin with. But after implementing the 0 to 10 Pull Ups Plan, they actually can do some and some even did 10 reps. Some of them actually out-pull their male counterparts.
Why Chin Ups or Pull Ups?
Not only it’s cool. You got to have strong abs and good enough upper body strength and skills to perform them. That means you will develop stronger arms and abs while training for your 1st chin up to 10 pull ups. Sure it’s damn bloody hard for a lady than a guy because of the genetic difference. But if it is easy, every lady would be doing it. And anything that is easy to achieve is not really that great of an achievement.
Yes the chin up or pull up training (even if you can’t do one) is quite a workout itself. You have to put in the time and effort to make it happen. But you got to put in the time and effort doing the things that can improve your pull up.
